We are always looking for reliable, genuine people with a passion for care. Regardless of what service we are offering care, companionship and our client is at the very forefront of what we do. We want our clients to feel like we are an old friend offering a favour rather than a company providing a service. Customer service and customer experience is everything.

We require all our staff to provide references that will be checked for a minimum five year period, if you have breaks in your career it's not usually an issue but we do need to check why. Many of our staff are back to work parents and have breaks. We just need to check. 

​

We are working in peoples homes and often with more vulnerable individuals, we need every member of staff to have a DBS check completed before their first booking. Don't worry, it's not complicated to do and we can help along the way. 

​

We offer a flexible work option, where you can edit your own calendar to suit as many hours or days a week that you want. There is no minimum requirement, all we ask is that you add the hours you want as far in advance as possible and that you only commit to a booking if you are able to honour it. 

 

We are a family company and consider all our buddies part of the family, we will help getting you started every step of the way and if you need help with anything while you're with us, just call.  We're here to support you as much or as little as you need.

Once we have got you on board, we will provide a starter pack that includes everything you might need. We can also provide full uniform, if needed. We like all our buddies to wear uniform but how much is up to you. Most of our buddies wear a Purple Buddy T shirt and their own clothes.
